A glorious Gothic Revival extravaganza

Tyntesfield, a glorious Gothic revival extravaganza, is a magical place bristling with towers and turrets, created by four generations of the Gibbs family. Saved for the nation in 2002 with a dramatic fundraising campaign and extensively restored since 2009, the scaffolding wraps have now come off to reveal a magnificent family home. Now run by the National Trust, surrounded by acres of gardens and parkland, and containing a collection of over 50,000 objects - it offers something for everyone.

Stop at Sedgemoor Services M5 - 30 mins
Arrive Tyntesfield 12:00 noon and be welcomed by a member of NT staff.
Note : It is a 5-10 minute walk from the coach park to the house.
Entry to the House is by timed ticket (between 13:00 and 14:00) and a self guided tour with interpreters in each room.
