A festively themed entertainment break in the popular resort of Newquay – a full blown Tinsel & Turkey and a good excuse to enjoy a party in congenial company with a FREE BAR every night! This festively themed break is designed to show you some interesting and unique attractions that Cornwall has to offer – a wealth of history and scenic beauty. There is also time to simply relax and unwind – enjoy the extensive leisure facilities in this popular hotel – and generally indulge in some all-important “me” time.
ITINERARY
Monday - Morning departure from Dorset to Plymouth with time for lunch. Continue west to be welcomed in Newquay with a festive drink while the bags are taken to the rooms. After settling in enjoy a delicious evening dinner served in the Cove Restaurant. A Christmas themed quiz takes us into the night. Free Bar.
Tuesday - Morning visit to Porthleven a popular resort that offers art galleries, shops and tearooms clustered around a pretty harbour. This afternoon call at St Ives, whose gaily coloured cottages appear to tumble over each other down to the sea. Back at the hotel this evening you are treated to a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. Santa has a treat for everyone followed by a Christmas cake competition. Free Bar.
Wednesday - After a late night take a stroll around the headland or along the beach to blow away the cobwebs! You can explore Newquay - there is a fascinating self-guided town trail. Maybe exploit the hotels extensive leisure facilities or simply relax and take in the view from the lounge. More live musical entertainment follows this evenings dinner. Free Bar.
Thursday - Morning visit to Truro the "capital" of Cornwall with its magnificent cathedral. Later continue to Falmouth offering a maritime heritage and charming mix of shops. After dinner in the restaurant join the entertainment in the bar and maybe a Bingo session. Free Bar.
Friday - A fond farewell from our hosts as we head to Exeter for Christmas shopping and time for lunch. Return to Dorset late that afternoon.

The Cove Restaurant offers some of the best views in Cornwall and menus that reflect the fresh local ingredients being used. Elements Bar is a relaxed space to enjoy a cocktail or coffee and watch the breakers roll in. A lift serves all floors (but there are some steps into the lobby). A programme of themed entertainment will evoke the forthcoming spirit of Christmas and get you into the festive mood. A FREE BAR is available from 6pm to 9pm each night (house brands).
