Carols at Salisbury Cathedral

What could be more festive than to join the choir in Salisbury Cathedral for a special 60 minute carol concert, followed by a glass of mulled wine and mince pies in the Cathedral. This special day is available only to limited numbers and will include time before the concert to enjoy the city of Salisbury itself, or to explore the historic Cathedral Close - reputed to be the "most beautiful space in England". Start your Christmas the way it has been done here for well over 800 years - an unforgettable experience!

There will be a 34 ft Christmas Tree in place at the West End, decorated and illuminated.

You also have time to enjoy the Salisbury Christmas Market held in the historic city centre - Nearly 70 beautifully decorated chalets offering desirable and inspiring gifts, accompanied by local choirs and traditional music to serenade you while you shop.

A Christmas Star-Trail leads you from the cathedral to the city and takes in the Christmas Lights.

Depart - CHICKERELL 08:00 - PORTLAND 08:30 WEYMOUTH 09:00 DORCHESTER 09:30
Arrive SALISBURY by 10:45 - drop off at Mill Stream Coach Park (off Castle Street)
Time for lunch, sightseeing and Christmas shopping. Make your way to the Cathedral by 13:45
Carol Concert starts at 14:00 - finishes at 15:00. Mulled wine and mince pies follows in the Cathedral with time to enjoy the magnificent building.
Please walk back to Mill Stream Coach Park (about 15 mins) - coach will be leaving at 16:30
Return to Dorchester by 17:40 - Weymouth 18:10 - Portland 18:30 - Chickerell 18:50.
