BLUEBIRD Holidays 2008

CHRISTMAS IN SCOTLAND

7 Day Festive Holiday

Monday 22nd to Sunday 28th December

2007 was the first time we had offered a holiday over the Christmas period and the popularity of our special festive tour to Switzerland surprised us all!  For 2008 we have decided to arrange a more traditional British Christmas and have selected an all inclusive house-party in the “Fair City of Perth” in Scotland.   Surrounded by magnificent scenery and steeped in a historic past, the town of Perth is a firm favourite.  Our selected hotel offers a warm Scottish welcome with traditional festivities, entertainment and plenty of period charm that will really do justice to this magical time of year.  Come and experience Christmas in comfortable surroundings and congenial company - we have included a range of special excursions that will really “put-the-icing” on this lovely holiday.

The Salutation Hotel, PERTH

Situated in the heart of this historic city  “The Gateway to the Highlands”, the 3 star Salutation Hotel offers a quality feel and plenty of period charm – just what is demanded at this time of year.  All the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and offer private facilities with shower or bath, tea tray, television, phone and central heating.  A lift provides access to most parts of the hotel.  Reid’s bar is a traditional pub offering a wide range of beers, wines and spirits, and the Montcrieffe Suite is a spacious banqueting venue where a variety of entertainment is provided.
