Very Special Sightseeing Day Tours to the

ISLE OF WIGHT

"An Island of Treasures!"

THURSDAYS DURING SUMMER 2009

2nd July to 24th September, inclusive

There’s something quite special about travelling to an island that makes a day out seem really quite magical. The Isle of Wight may be just a few miles from the mainland but it contains many hidden treasures – it is an island of contrasts; from bustling harbours and quiet beaches to picturesque villages and historic castles. Little wonder that it has been a holiday-makers favourite for so many years, including of course, Her Majesty Queen Victoria.

Our visit to the island includes a FULL CIRCULAR TOUR accompanied by an informative and amusing commentary of the many places of interest seen en-route. The pace is unhurried and relaxed, and appropriate stops for lunch, tea and sightseeing are made during the course of the day (no meals included in fare) An air-conditioned coach will be provided for your comfort.  This year we have completely revised our itinerary and have now included a trip on the Isle of Wight STEAM RAILWAY - a journey back in time and an unforgettable experience for all of the senses.
